PRESIDENT Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.’s net trust rating dropped to -3 according to the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS)’s survey.
Meanwhile, the net trust rating of Vice President Sara Duterte increased to +31, still according to the poll.
This is amidst months of government investigation on the anomalous flood control projects.
In the survey sponsored by Stratbase Consultancy from November 24 to 30, 2025, respondents were asked face-to-face to “indicate if your trust/faith in [Marcos/Duterte] is very much, somewhat much, undecided if much or little, very little, or you have not hear or read anything about [MarcosDuterte] ever?”
The poll showed that while Marcos received a much trust rating of 38%, 41% have little trust on him. This resulted to his -3 net trust rating.
This is lower compared to his +7 net trust rating in September and +18 score in June.
Contrasting the president’s results to Duterte’s +31 net trust rating, she received 56% much trust rating and 26% little trust rating.
Duterte’s net trust rating grew from September’s +25.
Moreover, Marcos’ highest net trust rating was from Balance Luzon with +18 and lowest in Mindanao with -37.
On the other hand, the vice president got +74 net trust rating from her homebase of Mindanao and lowest in NCR with +2, receiving no negative net trust rating.
The respondents in the survey were 1,200 individuals nationwide, 300 each in Metro Manila, Balance Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, age 18 years and above.
