SEVERAL luxury vehicles, including a Rolls Royce and a Ferrari, allegedly owned by former Ako Bicol Party-list Representative Zaldy Co, were seized from a condominium parking lot in Taguig City on January 8.
The joint operation by the Bureau of Customs (BOC), Highway Patrol Group (HPG), Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – National Capital Region (CIDG-NCR), Southern Police District (SPD), and Taguig City Police stemmed from the two search warrants issued by the Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 41. It cited violations of Section 1401 in relation to Sections 102 and 113 of Republic Act No. 10863 or the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
According to the HPG, at least 15 luxury cars were confiscated:
- White Rolls Royce — NER 5003 (registered under Eco Leisure and Hospitality Holding Corp.)

According to CIDG National Capital Region (NCR) Chief Police Colonel John Guiagui, eight of the seized luxury cars were turned over to the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) for documentation and proper disposition. These vehicles were the subject of the search warrants.
Meanwhile, the remaining vehicles will be turned over to the HPG “subject to government confiscation pursuant to an LTO (Land Transportation Office) certification dated Dec. 9, 2025,” the unit said.
“May alarma ito. May mga nakalista na mga initial violations like yung mga hindi nakapagrehistro. Other than that, may mga nakita pa tayo dito na mga sasakyan na walang records. So, kwestyonable ito,” Guiagui was quoted saying in a radio interview.
According to Taguig City Police, the condominium has been under surveillance since December. They said they received information that alleged undocumented luxury vehicles were parked inside.
BOC spokesperson Atty. Chris Noel Bendijo said that the vehicles do not have proper import entries and have unpaid duties and taxes.
